Thanks for the quick response Steve and your sense of genuine concern for my problems, which as you're aware, were very disturbing and I refuse to post all over the web and defame such a great establishment which I've been patronizing for 11 years. I will review again after my next trip over which will hopefully be soon. The price of the rooms has gone up, but I am usually faithful to a business when I find one I really like. I don't want to go anywhere else in Seaside to stay, but would have no problem going elsewhere if the situation is not made right as promised. Next time I plan a trip, I'll go back to Seashore Inn (as usual) and hopefully, the new management will make good on this promise. He promptly called me by the afternoon and reassured me he'd make it right. I brought them to the attention of Jill at the front desk and she was sure to get my concerns to Steve, the new manager onsite. However, this stay, I did have a few minor issues. I've been coming to Seashore Inn for many years and just love the staff and the entire property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Check their website out for specials they offer! You'll be glad you did! We stayed 3 night for the price of 2!) HERES THE TAKE HOME: great hotel, great service, great location, great price.

After speaking to the Front Desk agent, she asked that 'I hold on for a second' -she left momentarily and returned with a handful of shells that she presented to my daughter! She truly made my daughters day-and mine too! Thank you all for an enjoyable, affordable, safe place to stay! OUR NEW VACATION DESTINATION-home-away-from-home. I truly would recommend this place for the family, or couple, who would prefer to save a little on room expense as to save, or spend that cash on local attractions and etc- after all, you're on vacation and want to be out and about and not in your room all day anyways! Right? *** As a side note, and a blurb about their customer service, my daughters' bag of seashells were knocked off the trolley cart by another guest, upon exiting the elevator, in which the shells were broken. No, the rooms are not huge, our bathroom had a shower, not a full tub, which worked for us, and the balcony space is minimal (we stayed on the top floor) BUT considering the AFFORDABLE price that you're paying, compared to other locations in the area, oceanfront, it is nice! You literally walk out from the hotel to the beach, as shown in their pictures! You're provided with a complementary, continental breakfast, to help start your day in addition to kind staff who are there to answer any questions, at anytime, that you may have. If you're wanting 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service, without the 5 star price, then this is the place for you and your family. 'F' for FABULOUS that is! The Seashore Inn is a very welcoming, family owned and operated business and it shows!! No, this is not a 'Large Corporate' facility that has multiple locations, rather a down-home, clean, welcoming, comfortable home-like atmosphere, hotel.
